Our 1-2 kg salt lamps are made from natural pink Himalayan salt, they are not only beautiful and soothing to look at but can have many health benefits too. These include reducing impurities in the air by generating negative ions through the heat of the globe;  improving concentration; helping fight allergies and hay fever; aiding in relief from depression and anxiety; reducing fatigue; assisting in respite from asthma, bronchitis and emphysema and generally being a fantastic mood lifter through their tranquil, calm and relaxing glow.
