Winter Spice smells like Christmas baking just out of the oven. Warm cinnamon and clove come first, then juicy red berries and a little nutmeg, all settling into soft vanilla and cedarwood. It is rich, cosy and a touch nostalgic, the kind of scent that has people wandering into the room to ask what smells so good.
This year the candle is dressed for the occasion. The jar is a deep crimson red wrapped in a fine gold lattice, and inside it is lined in metallic gold with a polished gold rim, so the flame glows warm against it every time you light it. It looks beautiful on the mantelpiece or the Christmas table, and it makes a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves the season as much as you do.
Hand poured in Sydney, it burns for up to 80 hours, which comfortably carries it from the first of December to Boxing Day and beyond. Winter Spice also comes as a box of ten red soy tealights, and the same warm fragrance fills the elume Cinnamon Spice & Berries reed diffuser for the rooms where you would rather not light a flame.

Details:
400g soy wax candle with a cotton wick in a glass jar, hand poured in Sydney. Burns for up to 80 hours with minimal soot. Measures approximately 10.5 x 10.5 x 12cm.
Candle Care:
Trim the wick to 5 to 7mm before each use. On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the jar, which takes 2 to 4 hours, so it burns evenly from then on. Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time and stop when 10mm of wax remains. The jar gets hot while burning, so keep it on a heat resistant surface away from draughts, small children, pets and anything flammable, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
